Ver\u00e4nderungen im Wohnumfeld, etwa durch Renovierungen oder Umstrukturierungen, k\u00f6nnen zus\u00e4tzlich das Gef\u00fchl von Unsicherheit oder Kontrollverlust verst\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"2060\">Das eigene Zuhause wird dann nicht mehr als Ort der Erholung erlebt, sondern als weiterer Stressfaktor.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-gb2372-69e38707946f1-5\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-gb2372-69e38707946f1-5-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-gb2372-69e38707946f1-5-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"8\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p data-start=\"2062\" data-end=\"2473\">Psychische Belastungen wie <strong>depressive Verstimmungen, \u00c4ngste oder stressbedingte Ersch\u00f6pfung<\/strong> zeigen sich oft auch in der Beziehung zum eigenen Lebensraum. Manche Menschen ziehen sich zur\u00fcck, verlieren Motivation oder vermeiden bestimmte Situationen, R\u00e4ume oder Entscheidungen. Andere reagieren besonders sensibel auf Reize, Erinnerungen oder innere Spannungszust\u00e4nde, die im Alltag immer wieder aktiviert werden.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2475\" data-end=\"2965\">Mit einem ACT-orientierten Ansatz geht es nicht darum, schwierige Gef\u00fchle oder Gedanken zu beseitigen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2475\" data-end=\"2965\">Stattdessen unterst\u00fctze ich dich dabei, Abstand zu belastenden inneren Mustern zu gewinnen, deine pers\u00f6nlichen Werte wieder klarer wahrzunehmen und mentale Flexibilit\u00e4t zur\u00fcckzugewinnen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div
